The 1914 Brooklyn Tip Tops were led by former St. Louis Cardinal outfielder Steve Evans and ex-Philadelphia Phillies pitcher Tom Seaton. Evans led the team in every major offensive category and led the league in triples and slugging percentage. Seaton was the the team top pitcher, finishing second in the league in wins with 25.
